We are now well into 2015 and I noticed an interesting article 7 HR must haves for 2015 winning the talent war by Susan Galer on Forbes this week. Susan looks at the seven must haves to attract top talent based on findings from the Oxford Economics report entitled Workforce 2020.
- Get your leadership in order
- Commit to break down the barriers
- Nuture employees with development and training
- Invest in the right technology
- Develop and foster a learning culture
- Incent employees to stay well educated
- Pay people what they are worth in the market at large
Many of these points are not new. The important point is what are leaders actually putting in place this year to create change and improvement.
