New numbers from CEB Quarterly Global Labor Market Research of 50,000 employees highlights that Stability or a lack of it is the number one reason people will leave their current employer. Stability was ahead of compensation, respect, health benefits and work-life balance.

The good news for employers is that stability is an area that you can address right now both to keep current staff and attract those that are looking for stable companies.
